Customers’ Requirement:

Two area welding cell allowing for one robot to operate in both sections safely.

How we got there:

• Pneumatically operated vertical lifting door separating two operational areas of a welding cell.
• Allowing robot to operate in one cell/section while operation (e.g. loading/unloading) can occur in another cell.
• Vertical lift panel can be operated by control panel or when external door opened/closed to indicate area is safe/unsafe.
• Steel clad powder coated panels to block hazard caused by welding sparks.
• View ports where required so that operation can be observed while robot is operating.
