Customers’ Requirement:

Strong stable base and safety fencing for ABB IRB 440 High Speed Palletiser Robot to display at Exhibitions and showcase demonstrations.

Scope of works completed:

• Stable heavy duty steel base to allow demonstration of ABB IRB 440 High Speed Palletiser Robot abilities.
• Pre-cut / drilled holes for attachment of Robot and exhibition stand walls and displays.
• Make Forklift-able by including multiple forklift pick up points for ease of loading/unloading and positioning.
• Guard with ZONE Safety Systems (manufactured & designed by CellTec) fencing for visitor safety.
